Helps With Healing
To a normal person, Disney Winnie The Pooh Band Aids are the perfect aid for childhood scrapes and owies. To an artist, however, they're just the gateway to a new masterwork!
Dakody didn't have the same resources now. Granny Sharon had made it her mission to unleash his inner visions, and turn that frustration into creation. But his Mom and Dad didn't feel the same way about art supplies. It was a good thing that Dakody knew how to improvise.

Band-Aid one was Eeyore, he went across the table, upside down. Band-Aid two was also Eeyore, and it went on the back of the first. Band-Aid three was Tigger! And that hung over the edge of the Eeyores and against Band-Aid four.
Band-Aid five through seven formed a sort of box shape. Band-Aid eight through fifteen added support. Band-Aid fifteen through twenty slowly formed some rudimentary walls, and then that was it for the first box.
The second box, then the third, then the fourth, and Dakody's sculpture was becoming more clear. The faces of the Winnie The Pooh characters stared from each layer as a new friend slapped down over their faces. Box five, box six, box seven, and Dakody was almost ready to add the finishing touches. Box eight was for subtle textures, box nine was for the decoration, and box ten…
"What the heck are you doing with all the Band-Aids?" Todd shouted from the doorway. Dakody dropped the final box as he jumped.
"Nothing! I was just playing! Nothing!"
Todd didn't say anything at first. Dakody's eyes were watering when Todd picked up the tiny, slightly rickety plane made from Band-Aids. Todd looked at it, looked at his son, looked back at the plane. "You made this? By yourself?"
Dakody nodded. Todd did too.
There was one Band-Aid left in the box. One with all the characters on it. Todd took off the backing, rolled it a little so only Pooh's face was visible, and pushed it down in the cockpit of the plane.
"You forgot the pilot. Can I keep this?"
Dakody didn't know what to say. He decided on yes. Todd nodded.
"Thank you, son. I'm gonna keep this somewhere special. And you know what to say if your mother asks why we're all out of Band-Aids, right?"
"I don't know anything about it?" Dakody offered.
Todd smiled proudly. "That's my boy."
