Three o’clock meeting? I’m afraid I can’t make it. That’s Scruffles’ feeding time.

Oh hey, Ted. The TPS reports? Yeah, they’re all done. I was just about to email those to you for review when poor widdle Scuffles here decided he needed a bit of the cuddle-wuddles, yes hims did! Once the cutest widdle wove-kitty here has had his fill of scritches and petties, I’ll shoot them over.

SHHH! Do not call Scruffles a toy right in front of him! You’re gonna give him an awful case of the sour face! He’s actually a WowWee Alive Mini Robotic Lion Cub, and he is the cutest little plushie beast in the whole wide world, yes hims is, aren’t you? Yes, you are, Scruffles! Awww, hear that? That’s one of the seven adorable baby animal sounds he makes. That one means he’s happy all snuggled up in my arms at my desk, isn’t that right, my soft, plushie buddy? Yes, it is! And just look at his animatronic face that shows his mood and allows you to feed him with the included bottle when he’s hungry. Isn’t that the sweetest robotic face you ever did see?

Huh? No, I don’t have kids. Why do you ask? I do have a GREAT idea, though, Ted! You should give Scruffles some belly rubbin’s! Wouldn’t you like the big, silly boss man to scratch your sweet belly, Scuffles? WHOA! That was quite a snarl! Maybe you should just slowly back out of the cubicle, Ted. Just to be safe. He’s cute, but he’s still very wild, you see.
