If you're having a hard time coloring within the lines, then select the marker that is the same color as the lines. Then if someone says, "Hey, you colored over the lines," you can say, "Oh yeah? Well if you're such a line genius, why don't you show me where the line is."
A clear sky is blue. So is the ocean. Therefore, if you have to color in a picture that has both the sky and the ocean, make sure it's either cloudy or the sun is setting or something. Conversely, you could color the ocean to look like sand. And if someone is like, "Why are all those boats on sand?" You can say, "Because the ocean evaporated. Climate change is real, y'all. Time to wake up."
If you ask to borrow someone else's marker, they are allowed to say no. But you are also allowed to remember this slight for the rest of your life, and let it be what drives you to found your own marker company, and corner the marker market, and do an interview where you tell the world: "I did it all because James Timber wouldn't lend me the friggin' kelly green in 3rd grade.
