"Hey, babycakes," said the infant with the tattoo. "Come over here and check out my ride."
Impressionable young Bristol slipped out of her cheap stroller and ran towards the Chicco Cortina Stroller across the courtyard. "My mom Jessica won't know," she whispered to the young rebel. "And besides, your ride's so awesome, I can't bear it. Is that a lightweight aluminum frame?"
"You know your stuff, babe." said the infant, taking a dip of baby food. "Tell me what else you know."
"I know about the all-wheel suspension, the two-position leg support, and water-repellent sun canopy… and the seat that remembers the position you left it in before folding."
"Does that mean you want to get… comfortable?" The tattooed baby flexed his bicep. Bristol batted her tiny eyelashes.
"Gosh, you're so well-developed. Were you over ten pounds at birth?"
"Not only that… I was two months late."
Bristol felt her heart race. She slid into the Chicco Cortina Stroller and put her sippy cup down on the child's cup tray before her. "Make your mom push us fast," she cooed. "I don't care if she spills the drink currently in her matching cup tray. I want to see what kind of speed this thing has."
The tattooed infant snapped his fingers. The Chicco Cortina Stroller began to roll. And when Jessica turned around, her little girl… was gone.
Sharon just didn't know what to say. Eventually she noticed her mouth was open. Jessica was so wrapped up in the plot of her story, she didn't seem to notice anything but.
"And don't you see, Mom?" said Jessica. "That's why we decided Bristol absolutely has to have the best stroller possible! We don't want her to fall prey to some… some… infant biker culture! I don't want to risk her finding a better stroller and running away from me before she can even walk! So can we have the check? So we can buy that Chicco Cortina Stroller for ourselves?"
Ryan patted his wife's hand and nodded his agreement. Sharon also nodded… while reaching for her pills.
