Good product

Great product and does exactly what I hoped it would do. I bought a different sun/bug screen first that was an attachment for his specific stroller, not realizing it zippered around the existing seat for his stroller. I thought it would be interchangeable so that one has limited use (and was more money). That's when I came across this one, and it offers much more flexibility in its use. It has an elastic edge that fits comfortably around his car seat (the infant car seat that pops in and out of the base - I can't think of what its called at the moment). This is perfect because we just keep this net in his diaper bag and then we always have it with us. We are using that travel car seat now for his stroller, and it fits over that easily. The netting on the side provides good air and I can still see him through it, which is good, so I don't disturb a sleeping baby. For the price, you can't go wrong. It even offers some slight protection if it starts to drizzle out. But most importantly, the elastic band keeps it in place. I was using a muslin blanket before, and the wind would blow that off, and technically, there was no sun protection as its not SPF rated. This is though, so its an all in one. I'm happy with this purchase.

Okay for certain strollers

This shade is good for a very small and/or sleeping baby in a stroller that has places for you to wrap it around. It fits like a hairnet, which works for the strollers we have but wouldn't work for a stroller without a canopy. The reflective middle is not see through, so older babies would likely push it away. I've had a SnoozeShade for Infant Car Seats and Infant Carriers for several years and I thought this would be an improvement (and it's cheaper) but I really prefer the SnoozeShade, though it was much cheaper when I purchased it. Honestly I haven't used it as much as I thought I would because we live in the Northeast where it tends to be cold more than sunny and buggy. If you live in a warm climate with lots of sun and bugs, then I would pick this cover only if you have a canopy and foot rest you can wrap it around. Otherwise I'd pick something like the SnoozeShade that has velcro straps that you can wrap around different points on your stroller.
