Simple Instructions:

1. Measure an area on your wall exactly 1 foot from the ground
2. Simply peel off of the backing and stick it gently to your wall, so the bottom is exactly 1 foot above the ground
3. Be sure to flatten all areas and edges
4. To store the growth chart, re-stick on its original backing
