Literally just put on the black jumpsuit, peel the tape off and stick them on the jumpsuit
Then just turn the lights out and watch your creation come to life
Glowsticks will last for several hours, and get your kid all the way through any party or trick-or-treating
Glowsticks are non-toxic

Sizing Instructions:

Suits fit generously, but if in doubt, choose the larger size as arm and leg lengths can be trimmed to size
Just put on your suit, get an idea of how long you need the arms and legs to be, then take the suit off, and with any pair of scissors just cut them to length
No sewing necessary and the suit won't fray
If you're in a hurry just roll up the arms and legs
Just peel off the old glowsticks to use the suit again
Do not wash or iron suit

Put on the jumpsuit to get a rough idea of how long you need the arms and legs to be. Take it off and cut the arms and legs to length, leave them a bit on the long size. That's it. No sewing, don't worry it won't fray. Now just put it back on. Take all the glowsticks out of the cardboard tube. Leave them in the tube until you're ready to make your Light Suit, you don't want to accidentally activate the glowstick. Some glowsticks may be stuck together a bit, if so just gently pull them apart. To activate glowstick, just bend it till you hear it crackle a bit then shake it once or twice. Its easier if you pull off the backing paper before you activate the glowstick, the just stick it on your suit. Tor not to hold it from each end to activate to avoid accidentally peeling the tape off the glowstick as you bend it. Now stick it on where you want it. Try to avoid putting glowsticks across joints like elbows and knees. You can make straght lines or use the connectors to make longer lines or circles. Turn out the lights.
