When typing, and drinking coffee become excruciatingly painful, do you keep going?

It's what I do for a living. Extremely painful every day except for payday. So, yes, I keep going.

Well, I kind of type while drinking coffee. It's the only bright spot in my day. You might say it's a Perk.

Are you hiring? My AmeriCorp position runs out in August, and I do everything anyway ;)

Sorry, not hiring. I am a very low mushroom on the totem pole at my company, and lately I am trying to save my own hiney from being downsized.

Maybe I should drink more coffee.

Well, the older I get, the lower my standards. I have been dating for about 35 years and have never yet found my Mr. Right.

Ladies, you know the list of questions?

When you're 15, it's
"Do you have a car?"

At 20, it's "Do you have a job?"

At 25: "Do you have your own place?"

At 30: "Do you have kids? (i.e. Are you paying child support?)

Over 40: "Can you still Wonka Wonka once a week or so?"

Somewhere along the line, "Have you ever been convicted of a felony?" fell off my list.

Nowadays, having a pulse is about the only thing left on the list.
