Poll: Do you supplement the history lessons the schools teach your kids?
  • 5.6% - Yes, because they get everything wrong. Stupid teachers! 29
  • 13.2% - Yes, but I always stress how the numbers are facts, the interpretation is opinion. 68
  • 45.2% - Yes, but the important part isn't the information, it's teaching them how to research and think. 233
  • 13% - Supplement? More like override! Why do I even pay their salaries? 67
  • 12.6% - I mostly just hand them Call Of Duty and leave the room. 65
  • 10.5% - I don't really care if my kids learn history. 54

Well, how do you fare compared to the Zeitgeist? Chat up your fellow wooters and let us know how lame this poll was or what obvious choices we missed. For example: Was this poll a) STUPID, b) DUMB, c) POINTLESS or d) ALL OF THE ABOVE?

History lessons? What history lessons? If it isn't in the bible, they don't teach it. Same for "science". Yes, I live in the Tea Party south. If I don't teach them, no one will.
