Well, how do you fare compared to the Zeitgeist? Chat up your fellow wooters and let us know how lame this poll was or what obvious choices we missed. For example: Was this poll a) STUPID, b) DUMB, c) POINTLESS or d) ALL OF THE ABOVE?

It's whatever they want, since I'm a Nana!

Yogurt, granola bar (not the might-as-well-be-a-pop-tart kind), real fruit leather

Don't know what is so magical about them, but nearly every kid loves them as one of their first finger foods. I got fortunate that mine continued to like them as they got older and as far as snacks go, they are pretty healthy and inexpensive.

My kid's favorite snack is peas or bell peppers in vinaigrette. I don't know how long that will last....

To my child a snack can turn into a full meal.

Mostly fruits and veggies over here. Our daughter is 18 months, and she's not yet had chocolate or much sugar. She just had an animal cracker earlier this week, which is the first time she's had a "sweet". No reason to give her unhealthy foods when she is too young to know, and it will hopefully inspire her to continue to eat well and be healthy when she's older.
