I have this at home and just ran out of refills so this is perfect and a way better deal! I wasn't going to buy anymore b/c i couldnt justify the cost, but at this price i have no problem getting some. I love these for traveling, events where finding hot water will be difficult or just out running errands. My daughter will refuse a cold bottle, even if she's starving and you'd be surprised the amount of places you could be witout any hot water available. They work really well, the only issues is timing. If baby is hungry NOW you're screwed. Hopefully they can wait 30 min. But if you can plan ahead or anticipate when bottle feeding time will be, you can get it started ahead of time. Someone suggested warming them up when you leave, then putting it on the bottle when you are ready since its good for 10 hours. Overall a great product! However, i think its hilarous that they choose a cow pattern. If you breatfeed, its lovely to be likened to a cow
