I know there were positive reviews a few weeks ago on this but I'm still not quite sold they'll like it more than a few minutes. Tho I suppose if I bought other sets/connections/etc....
These are great, lots bigger than they look in the picture. They are great even as a standalone playset for folks who don't already have Hexbug sets to connect with it. They're lots of fun, this is a great price.
Still waiting for the 3 I bougoht last week, but at this price, who cares? Very expensive in the stores. Just one bug goes for $5.99. This is a great deal.

I got these from the "bulls-eye" store for my 16 yr old son and he liked them for the novelty of the buzzing, crawly stuff they do . . . . but the real hit was with my 1 yr old cat who loves to follow these all over a non-carpeted room. He doesn't like it when they run into him - makes him jump. These things turn and re-direct themselves when they bump into walls or other obstacles.
Grandma got these for my son the Christmas before last and I wasn't very enthusiastic about it - I kinda thought the concept was silly. But goodness does he love the set. This looks like it'll be a great addition to the track pieces we already have. He's almost 5 now and plays with it about twice a week.
PLEASE! Somebody buy these darned things so we can move on.
