Parent of 4 boys, been through all of the above and while the wife doesn't do so hot with certain things, I've come to just deal with it and get it done. The whining is the thing I can't stand.

That depends with me. If it is a playground, fair, or something else like that it is to be expected and frankly I like hearing them having great fun. BUT if it is in a quiet restaurant where my wife and I want to have a nice adult sit down meal and evening out and some other rude, selfish A-hole is allowing his/hers children to shout, scream and otherwise make noise, I HATE IT! And I hate the inconsiderate adults that allow it! BTW, this includes a baby crying. Hey bub, the rest of us got a baby sitter so we could enjoy the evening with whomever we are with and not with your crying baby! If you can't or won't get a baby sitter, go to "Chucky Cheese".

I have to agree that whining tops the ones listed. I handled all those things as necessary, and I'm the dad. Mom couldn't handle blood, and she really didn't handle vomit very well. However, she DID take care of most of the poopy diapers. When it comes to whining, I even go so far as to tell other people's kids to stop it. NOW!

Blood, otherwise I would have been a doctor. When it comes to kids, time-outs solve most behavior issues. NO solves most of the rest.

Vomit. Thankfully I was blessed with a child that is rarely sick...and also can usually make it to the toilet when she does get sick. I've had to clean up vomit less than 5 times and she's now 10. It makes me almost vomit to do so.

In all seriousness, I chose "other", but in retrospect, I sort of understand an answer of "runny noses"

- If a kid is has a problem with "spit up" or "poopy diapers", he is usually too young to do anything about it
- When it comes to "vomit" or "blood", the kid typically wants someone to help him do something about it
- However, when I see a kid with a face covered with snot, and he is totally oblivious to it, it bugs me. Not only that, they often will fight you when you try to wipe it off of them, almost as if to say "Nooo! I was saving that snot for later"
