I only ordered one, and it arrived -very- broken :'(
The plug was pushed into the housing and the circuits were in pieces.

Yes - I contactaced Customer Svc
Yes - they issued a refund
No - this doesn't help explain to the 3 year old why he can't have his light and why it doesn't work.
