I bought this back in September when it was on sale. It's certainly worth $15, but not much more. The steering is very stiff since the large steering column sits inside a very tight plastic shell. Also, there's no back for the child to lean against. My 2 year old has trouble riding this properly in a straight line, and can't turn it at all.

Can't recommend it.I bought one several weeks ago for my 2-1/2 yr granddaughter. Too flimsy. All that ManiacDan says is true. Put your $15 towards one thats higher quality.
