I feel like I am in such limbo. It says that my Nabi 2 has already been shipped. You couldn't even change the name of the product before you shipped it out?? A good company would have stayed in the office and worked overtime to fix this. I wanted it cancelled. Do you understand we need this money to continue to shop for our children. I do not hold a credit card balance, I actually live within my means. I can't afford to pay the $260 plus dollars, wait a few weeks for a refund and be ready in time for Christmas. I already lost one night sleep over this. More needs to be done.

This is what we need to see. You have heard our feedback and are working on a better resolution. If that would have been stated last night or fist thing this morning you wouldn't have as many people asking for your heads :P

All we are asking for is a fair resolution; allow the people who want to cancel to cancel, or try and get us what we ordered before Christmas with an email that GUARANTEES we are getting the Nabi2.

My Nabis arrived today via USPS. I've never seen the post office ship anything that fast. Didn't refuse delivery because I didn't think that they would be here so fast. What a mess!

I'm not all pissed off and screaming for blood, my kids will get their gifts regardless.
However.
Chanukah is 12/9 - 12/16 this year. Getting me something by Christmas isn't really that helpful for me, or many others. So if you're gonna send me something, I know I might have to wait and that's fine, I'll figure out the wait, but don't assume that "by Christmas" is what everyone needs.

Did you open the box to confirm which product you received?
The box will not say Nabi 2.

I'm not sure anyone wants a Nabi 1 - from what I understand, they are no longer supported, or have near the functionality of the Nabi 2. Most people will be severely disappointed in the original Nabi.

I do appreciate that Woot! is actively working on a viable solution.

I'm pretty sure that the only people that want the original Nabi are those that are unaware that they're basically buying a techno dud. The reason that the Nabi 2 is such a great deal is because it's basically the Nexus 7 in a kid friendly package.

I am glad you are working on a solution. Allow me toss my thoughts into the mix.

1) Refund money now since you don't have the product people paid for.

2) The unsolicited Nabi1s are a gift from you to us.

3) Procure Nabi2s.

4) Allow those who wish to do so send back their Nabi1s in exchange for the right to purchase a Nabi 2 at the proffered price of $129.

5) Sue the company that lied to you to recoup your losses. Or, if it was actually an error on your company's part, review your procurement processes.

6) Resume doing business with a better thought out crisis response plan.

The Nabi2 is really the only solution that will work for me. The original Nabi is light-years behind the 2, unfortunately.
