EXCELLENT STOCKING STUFFERS!
I don't understand...two dollars and fifty cents for ONE OUNCE of dried fruit? Is it gold-plated or something?

Unless you've unlocked free shipping already!
Don't forget that the artwork on the packaging is suitable for framing. We could all use some fresh sofa art.
It's freeze dried not dried so it will melt in baby's/toddler's mouth so it's easy for them to eat and not a choking hazard. However unless you've already unlocked shipping I'm not sure this is worth it even with buying 3. Also, it's organic which always also raises the price a bit.

Yes, organic foods come from plants that are less likely to be fertilized adequately, more likely to suffer from pests, ergo less nutritious...and even more likely to have pathogens from any organic fertilizer they do have. They also cost more, because they're so much more inefficient to produce. And how many babies choke from tiny bits of dried fruit? Definitely not worth $2.50 to $5 per ounce...

http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2010/02/100226212559.htm And pesticides from non organic have been shown to cause all sorts of health problems and cancer. Everyone needs to decide what they want for their own kids. Also, it depends, is the actual answer as to if it is more or less expensive to grow organically.
