Take a hard look at the large screw bolt sticking out of the side of the support pole. I bought a similar skateboard for my 5 year old and it cost him several stitches. If you do buy this, over wrap that bolt with duct tape.

Thank you for your remark. The best remark EVER made on Woot.com I did not buy this after your remark, thought about cutting the bolt off, foam rubber, and even a cap nut. I was going to send this to a cusin. Can't do it ! Can't supervisor the bolt issue. I'll look for something else on this Woot off for this kid. THANK YOU Happy Holidays
