Will Woot take it back if it fails, similar to the experience of an amazon.com customer (whose 1-star review is pasted here)??

After two weeks use, some LEDs are broken and the remaining barely lights up even I set the level to the highest. Neither retail nor the company honors the warranty saying I bought it more than 90 days ago even I only used for two weeks. Very disappointed.
