Fisher-Price Little People

That moment of abject terror when you see a little person walking towards you and you just know your child is going to say something totally inappropriate and mortifying. But then he just says, "Look, Mommy! A little mommy!" And you breathe a sigh of relief. Thanks Fisher-Price!

Fisher-Price just has endured over the years. What classic Little People set do you remember?

I'm just hanging out, really.

Some of these are cheaper at Walmart, but most of them have good reviews.

Here is a link for the castle at the same price. You can decide if shipping or tax is cheaper.

Zoo train is same price plus free ship with Shoprunner (which was free for me to get for a full year.... Not sure if they still have at least a free trial month).

Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed in these prices. They are not impressive and they make me want to shop for better deals rather than trusting in the integrity of woot's offerings (which I admit I sometimes do). Having proof that I could get not one but two items in this grouping cheaper doesn't inspire confidence.

I miss the old fashioned Little People. I just can't think of these chunky chaps the same way.

We love Fisher-Price Little People, and that's what we're hoping to get our kids for Christmas. However, this is not really a deal. Not at all when you add shipping. Definitely not the kind of deals I usually see from Woot. Surprising really. On to other things tomorrow.

Fisher-Price Little People seem to have succumbed to the same obesity epidemic that has affected the human population of the United States. On the upside, at least their seats are perfectly sized for them.

I agree these aren't a great deal - it's essentially just advertising for FP LP products. I used to trust that anything on woot was a great deal but I've learned to always check prices.

However, I do have a question about the garage: one side has a ramp, and the other side appears to have a connector of some kind. What does it connect to? If another toy(s), which one(s)?

I literally gasped out loud when I saw the zoo....and then I said "eff that!" when I saw the price. Meh, I'll wait until I can get it for 35 bucks or less on Amazon. It will happen.

Little People Zoo is also cheaper at Target, plus with the red card discount and free ship, this Woot sale is definitely not a good deal.

On a side note, my 1 year old son has this zoo and it's one of his favorite toys.
