DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

Bought a razor from them. Got it and opened the box and saw it was of such poor quality I knew it had to go back.
So, I tried for almost two weeks for them to contact me. I sent them two emails and then sent them a message on their site.
NADA....nothing. Called the phone number and the message was they only do returns via the net.
So I sent another email and FINALLY got a reply. And was told we're not a "try and return' business.
I DIDN'T EVEN TRY IT. I've not even taken it out of the wrapper.
You can see that it is a cheap knock off of a real razor. You can see the made a mold of the real one. It isn't worth a tenth of the price. You can do better online via Google.
So now I'm going to have to challenge the charge. I've sent a message to Woot and did get an auto reply.
But at least with WOOT they are Johnny On The Spot.
