Oh in for one definitely - my two year old daughter saw one of these at a birthday party and loved it.

We love Gazillions - they are the only ones we use. They last so long and make sturdy bubbles.

If you are child-free, it also makes a fun cat toy.

Bubbles! I want bubbles!!! What do you mean I'm too old??

I'm far too lazy of a father...

It's battery powered bubble blowing only for me. Set it and forget it.

*edit*
Co-worker just informed me that the lever was to dunk the head into the bubble solution and it WAS battery operated.

Maybe I'll teach my kids to read before they post.

Yikes 6 AAs??

Anyone have any insight as to the runtime on these?

First off: AW MAAAN! I JUST bought one of these at the store, for nearly $20, yesterday.
Okay, from one day of use: the bubble solution tray gets knocked down a lot when your 6 year old is lowering the wand (it's not an automatic bubble machine) into it, so you go through the bubbles awfully fast.
Also; the six AA batteries lasted less than two hours today.
This is not our first trip to the bubble machine rodeo (she has a few), so I knew about the battery issue.
The pull lever thing was a bit of a downer, though. I prefer automatic.
All of that said, the midget loves the thing, so who am I to complain? I mean other than the poor widow lady who has to keep the kid in batteries and bubble solution.

Bought one at the store, yesterday. Played with it today for less than three hours (turning it off when we were changing wands and pouring more bubble solution in) and the motor started slowing. This thing, like most bubble machines, is a battery eating machine.

The other little bubble attachment makes bubbles within the big bubbles.

Does anybody know if it would work with other bubble solutions? It seems like every time I bought a bubble machine of some sort, it worked great with the solution included but then we could not get it to work well with other store bought bubble solutions. Any feedback one that would be greatly appreciated!

There is nothing listed on amazon Gazillion Bubble Cannon reviews except to suggest that their bubbles make amazing bubbles. Looking at Toy R' Us There is a review that says you can, "We used it with the bubbles it came with and some generic ones and both work but I have to say the gazilion bubble solution is far superior."

If you are wanting something fully automated, I'd go for their bubble machine instead. We own this one and it works AWESOME! I have yet to replace the batteries and we've run it for 2 hrs straight many days since we bought it. We will fill up our entire neighborhood with bubbles with this thing haha. My kids love it and as an adult it's going to be a great addition to parties. MUCH cheaper then the larger bubble machines and from my experience with those, this works MUCH better! Plus the bubble solution is phenomenal!

Here is the Bubble Machine on Amazon.com. I picked mine up at walmart though for about $10.

I hear wine.woot today has some other great bubbles if you're looking for more wedding ideas.

I'm just hanging out, really.

It's not automatic. Someone has to continually lower the wand into the bubble solution. There are inexpensive, fully automatic, PLUG IN bubble machines marketed specifically for weddings.

Well then, just buy something else on any one of the woot sites. Then you won't have to pay more than $10 for this because you'll have unlocked free shipping for the day.

I must say, that was one smart move that woot made. I have made several more purchases than I would have had every item cost me $5 in shipping.

Gazillion Bubbles do tend to work best with the same name machine. That being said, when I've used Gazillion Bubbles based on pure manpower (i.e. blowing those bubbles myself), I've found that these really are superior to ANY other bubbles I've tried. Not sure if it's the solution or the wand, or the combination of both... but you won't be disappointed with the volume of bubbles!

My kids love this thing. The Lab, not so much. I digress. Ours came with batteries and they lasted longer than expected. I will say that I'd stick with the same brand of bubbles. We tried some others when we ran out and they weren't as...bubbly. Overall, really neat little toy that makes the splash table that much more interesting.
