I'm not a fan of the new basic covers, but I loved these Disney DC books when I was a kid.

It says this under the pictures but in case you missed it somehow.

5827 is is Dumbo, Alice, Lady and the Tramp, and Bambi,

5826 is Peter Pan, Pinnochio, Mickey Mouse, Aladdin.

too bad mickey mouse and Alice couldn't have switched places. I might have been in for one I love Alice and Peter.

QVC's store has an interior shot of the pages from Alice. Looks nice enough with good colors.

See how there are holes cut out in the cover? How it makes the characters pop? That's what makes the book die-cut.

I'd also like to add that I noticed these books were 8"x11" and I thought "No Way. I remembered these being much bigger." I guess not, I grabbed one of my older ones (non die-cut but same style) and they are 8"11" they were just so much bigger than my other kids books I had growing up.

A book this big is really nice and I it's just great to have such huge illustrations. Your kid will love these books. I know I did.

Except . . . except . . . now I want to know what happened to Amanda's husband, too. Mom's avoidance of the question seems awfully suspicious.

At first glance I thought, "Why is Pinocchio surrounded by dripping blood?"

I would need to mail these so does anyone know how much these books weigh??

My granddaughter loves Peter and Tinkerbell, but my set came with 2 Aladdin's and No Peter Pan...BUT I am hoping the "right action" will happen. I just notified rma by email. I look forward to a replacement. I'll let you know how the 90 day warranty works.

All my other WOOT kids! purchases have been awesomely PERFECT!
