More education than Barney the dinosaur, and slightly less annoying! Win/Win

My kids (ages 2.5y and 3.5y) love these. My son is very much in the 'Why?' stage and these help answer some questions for him in a fun way. I can't watch too many in a row, but they give a nice break from Thomas and Dinosaur Train.

Here was the debut in march

Here it was again in June

And here is what I posted last time (A Full length Legally Posted episode from PBS)
--------------

Here is a legally obtained episode posted by PBS on Youtube. Preview the show with your kids in the morning, and see how they like it. (or watch it by yourself and make sure you can tolerate watching hours of this show with your kid.)

Again:
Sorry for phoning it in tonight, I have a lot of stuff going on tonight and probably throughout next week. I might stop back later to try and fill in some gaps or answer any questions I could help with.

There are four full episodes and many clips to watch at http://pbskids.org/sid/videoplayer.html. My two boys, ages 2 and 3, love this show, but it would appeal to kids several years older as well, because it does not dumb down the content, rather it uses scientific words and thoroughly explains their meaning. At this price it's well-worth it, as PBS kids dvds usually do not get cheaper than 8 bucks apiece when I see them in stores, and Amazon has 3 packs for 20 dollars.

My son has LOVES this show ever since he was a little over 1 year old (almost 3 now). Very watchable as an adult too, I'll admit I've learned a couple things too. Bought this deal last time it was around, and it was well worth it.

"I love my mom (uh-huh), my mom is cool (uh-huh), but now it's time for having fun in school (yeah)!"
"Did you ever hear the one about the kid who wanted to know everything about everything? That's me!"
Teacher Suzy has about the easiest job ever, teaching 4 kids for about 10 minutes a day, and then sending them out to play (although I might quit my job over kids like Jerald), but a lot of learning happens and my kids enjoy it.

Bought both sets separately on Woot as they were never offered together before on Woot. Both sets did NOT have the bonus dvd titled, "Front Row Fun". Note that the bonus dvd in set #1 is not mentioned at first, but then is mentioned in the detailed product description below. Just a fyi. Nonetheless, the series is quite educational and entertaining and more importantly, my daughter likes it.

Bought both sets over the past few months. My 5 year old loves them! I love to hear him spout out all of the Scientific stuff during the day. We're discussing things like decay or simple machines. And they are much less annoying in the car than the Mighty Machines that we've watched a million times. I also love that I'm getting a "refresher course" on the simple science stuff that I learned years ago.

I was hoping to get Bundle 1 with The Bug Club for my 4 yr old grandson to go with the net and bug shack I got for his birthday. But sadly, only Bundle 2 was an option. If you find an extra package, let me know!

I bought both bundles the last time they were on here, maybe a month ago, for my 2 1/2 year old son. He loves the show. I highly recommend these for anyone with a little one. You can't go wrong with these DVDs.

Bought these for my 2.5 year old nephew the last time they were up for Grandma's house twice a week. He is completely enamored with them. I was amazed that at that age, he would be able to grasp concepts like friction! He can't get enough of Sid. He doesn't ask for Buzz or Cars over and over again but Sid... go figure. Best $20 I've spend on him in a long time.
