We have one of these and it is great. It folds up small and is light, so it is great for travel. Friends of our have the pak and plays. The PnPs are nice because the matress is not resting on the floor, but they are much bulkier and seem to be more complicated to setup or tear down. This takes 30 seconds to get out of the case and set up and maybe 1:30 to get it all put away.

I forgot to add the feet stick out beyond the edge of the crib. I have stubbed my toes several times when traveling, but it is not too bad.
