Actually it's a bi-annual (as in every other year) trip. We probably won't be seeing the other grandparents though, but we see them about 4 times a year assuming we can visit when Grampa isn't working nights.
Yeah, we're traveling from Europe back to the US this summer to visit my mother (the grandparent). I'm wicked excited!

Yes, we are the grandparents, and the family comes to visit when we are in our vacation condo in the Florida Keys. My daughter is renting a second condo just for the week, so we all have more room. (And we just got back from visiting the kids and grandbaby)
They just came here last week for 8 days for a birthday. We may have to go see them in the fall since we are seeing the otherside grandparents at Christmas.
I need 2 options, since one side we see grandparents all the time & the other we never see (not on good terms)
Agree with Canadi....... need different options, go see my father several times through the winter while he is at the Florida house. Haven't spoken to the mother in (wow) fifteen years now because of her refusal to deal with reality, so the kids have never met her. And the wife was raised by grandparents that died before I met her. So much for extended family connections, but at least there's no drama and I don't feel like I am living a soap opera like the first marriage.
Seems like "we’re either not on speaking terms or they’ve passed on" really should have been two different poll options, since the two have nothing to do with each other.
