Good morning! I have to admit I'm a tiny bit jealous - all the beachtime you're getting sounds great!

I'm just hanging out, really.

I think you're under the mistaken impression she's laying on the beach. They run a couple miles every morning. Still jealous?

People run because they like it.

Not me, but other people.

Running or not, any time spent on the beach doing enjoyable things (to you) is pretty awesome.

I'm just hanging out, really.

I run only if someone bigger and badder is a chasing me.

Have fun.

My mom's knee has been bothering her.
She refuses to believe it is arthritis. Why? The other knee has arthritis and it doesn't bother her.
Guess we will be going to a few doctors.
She is too old to operate on and she won't take any drug long term, so I don't know why.
Maybe they can do a steroid shot.

Best baby showers are when they wait until AFTER the baby is born. That way, you know for sure what the gender is, how big it is, what they really need, etc. And while mom is busy opening all the gifts, the rest of the guests can keep themselves entertained passing the baby around.

Left him out of the crate when we went for dinner.
Came home and found the garbage spread throughout 3 rooms.
...
Except for the poop runs he will have for the next week for everything he ate out of the garbage tonight.

Hmm. this was what, a couple days ago? I was expecting some exciting poop reports by now!

Good idea. They do know it's a boy and the OB said about 11 pounds!!! I bought big.

LOL It is 3.6 miles and I run about 2/3 of it. I run a little and then suck wind like I'm dying then run a little more. It is so humid that I can't finish a mile without stopping to gasp for air. But I feel much better after!

edit: I do feel blessed to be here and physically able to run/jog/walk on the beach!

Joined Pottermore at the behest of my SIL whose husband is anti-Harry Potter. She wanted someone to play with. It's fun, not so much a game as a stroll through the books with tidbits from the author, the tidbits are the best bit IMO.

I'm not a beach person, but I think a nice cool water beach, yup, I could go for that, the running not so much, but if I had a good running partner.... maybe.

The potions are kind of fun. Not so much the dueling since the spells are all weighted and everyone just uses the one spell. The game could stand a bit more variety, for game elements.

The little bits of previously undisclosed especially back stories, those are the best. I loved McGonagalls back story.

Pacific, and yes, Orc was a bit late coming home. Plus it's summer and we are all time shifted towards evening right now.
