Rusty thinks we are going for a walk in the rain.
We aren't
Not raining hard, but it will if I go for a walk.

Vacuum fell apart as I was using it. Oh well. Guess I don't have to finish!

ok, so Jack the cat has decided I cannot leave until he is done sucking on my fingers.

a year old and this guy still sucks on faces, ears, fingers. I really think that flea-product toxicity he had as a baby really did a number on his brain. He really ain't right in the head.

My mom had a cat that would sickle as an adult, but he'd been taken from his momma way too young, and the lady that had him fed him by dipping her finger in milk and letting him lick it off.

He quit after he latched on to my moms fingers after she had been chopping jalepenos.

My speech is not splitting. I am speaking in Cthulhu.

It's a large club...maybe it's my excuse.

I guess between KtC and us we're hogging all the good weather.

ooh, poor kitteh!

not sure how young he was when taken away, but am sure part of his issues stem from the toxicity. He just ain't too bright

of course, that is part of the reason I fostered him - was afraid if he went to the wrong home they would not deal well with having their face sucked on in the middle of the night. I worked with him to be happy with fingers, for the most part. I don't like to discourage the behavior because it is a bonding mechanism and kittens who do it and are discouraged from it can have other behavioral issues. I just needed to redirect it.

Having been woken up by a cat cuddling up and kneading hair while sucking on an earlobe....yeah. I get that.

My current pair seldom even lick. Puck bites, but since he has no teeth it is an empty threat.

Brrrrrr. Cold out. Just came from son's house and he keeps it five degrees colder than we do. Happy to be home. Must have coffee.

Well, another day has passed and I didn't use algebra once.

I have to get in that closet and throw a bunch of stuff out. I'll see something new and think that might work better. It doesn't usually.

well, as long as its meant for kittehs you shouldn't have any problems.

poor Jack probably had a pyrethrin-based product applied to him. if they ingest it, it is not good.

Late start to baking. Waiting on banana bread. Muffins, look nice, though the cherry banana bed might have needed another couple of minutes. At least breakfast for the week is done.

Night.
