If this was a pink or purple bed, I would be in.

We have three of these beds for our triplets, and have been using them for over two years. They're Ikea in quality, require assembly, and function well. They are not load bearing; if you (as an adult, I'm assuming) sit on it you may split one or more of the individual slats, but they will be fine for a toddler. Or three.

Thanks for the info! I will pass on these as I'm sure the 12 year old would want to bounce on the 3 year old's bed.

Why not hit it with some Krylon? I bet a can would do it. So an extra $5?

It looks like a hospital bed. Or mental institution bed. Either way, it makes me unhappy.

Don't laugh, but I bought this for my dog. I was going to build her a bed; however, buying this is much easier and cheaper. Also, she has been leaving her toys all over the place lately, so the toy box is a bonus.

I just want to let the interwebz know that I am not a crazy dog person, it is my fiance and her family... they made me do it!

For those concerned about the plain white color... why not think of it as a canvas and let your inner-child do some creative artwork/painting - or let the toddler have at it?

Just got one for my daughter. I have heard good things about this set. We shall see!

The nice thing with it being white is that you can paint it and design it however you like!
