Poll: How would you feel about Kids.Woot offering a kids-centric Bag o' Crap once in a while?
  • 78.3% - WOO-HOO! A bunch of random crappy toys sounds awesome! 1326
  • 10.4% - SHRUG! I guess that would be okay. 177
  • 5.7% - BLEH! I like my crap nice and generalized. 96
  • 5.6% - SNIFF! I'll never understand why anybody buys that. 95

Well, how do you fare compared to the Zeitgeist? Chat up your fellow wooters and let us know how lame this poll was or what obvious choices we missed. For example: Was this poll a) STUPID, b) DUMB, c) POINTLESS or d) ALL OF THE ABOVE?

I dunno of "random toys that didn't sell" is something I would want to have
But if it's the same price it's probably worth it
At least with the main site the items are usually quality, there's some real crap that flows through kids.woot (see batman helicopter)

sounds like an interesting prospect of 'random' to tell the kids anyhow. tho if anything came pre-broken and didn't let my boys break it, I don't know they'd be happy.

My 3 and 4 year old already get excited when they heat the Woot Off theme, in hopes that dad will score a Bountiful Overflowing Cornucopia Even though there is usually something they can play with in a big person Bountiful Overflowing Cornucopia I know they'd be super stoked if it was a Bountiful Overflowing Cornucopia just for them.

Wait....stuff on here is supposed to be appeal to kids?!?!? I thought it was kids-themed stuff that appeals to adults, or stuff that appeals to adults who are kids at heart.

Make sure the bag has an Age Determination. Such as 4-6, or 10-12....and so on. That way we can figure out if your Big ol' Cornucopiapy toys will be age appropriate for our crappy kids.

Sounds great, but like the regular Bountiful Overflowing Cornucopia I'm sure I won't get one......

Really, how would this be any different from a regular Bountiful Overflowing Cornucopia My last Bountiful Overflowing Cornucopia I got the solar powered house toy/thing, a Melissa and Doug princess marionette and a squishy/stringy ball thing.

Not that I'm complaining, mind you...

hooray beer!

umm, I've only ever gotten one Bountiful Overflowing Cornucopia in my woot-y existence, and all but one item WAS kid-centric... which might be nice if I had kids, but I definitely don't. What WILL I do with this Baywatch Barbie backpack???

Is this poll a hint of some sorts? As in it might be useful today?

I agree with one of the above posters. I'd only buy it if it has age designation. Because what a 2 year old and a 10 year should play with is WAY different!

There's been enough crap in this round of kids.woot.off, why bother putting it in a bag?

Unless your last name was Duggar, it would be hard to be sure that you could find a kid who would like all the stuff you got.

It's one thing to buy a Bountiful Overflowing Cornucopia for me. Buying random stuff for someone else a little weird, but buying for a kid is asking for rejection.

An excellent idea! However, you'll also need to promise that the regular Bag o' Crap will no longer have kids toys in it. The one I recently received would have been wonderful for a young girl, but I have no children. It wasn't just useless crap, it was useless crap for a child. On a positive note, I'll be dumping the whole box into the Goodwill donation bin instead of the garbage.

Please, keep the toys on kids.woot and the non-toys on woot.com.

I stayed up for this?!?

Hey - do me a favor - dump them into the mail box with my name on them? I'll use them for my daugther's Christmas! Please? I'm serious... look me up on Facebook...

I saw this poll, and immediately thought - if we are going to do this for kids woot and regular woot, can we please have "Bag of left over wine" from wine.woot. People might want it after the stuff they get for their kids in a Bountiful Overflowing Cornucopia..
