Speaking as the father of a 3-yr old girl....well that just embrangles. I couldn't even imagine (nor would I want to) that amount of grief. Your friend will be in my prayers, albeit belatedly.

It is still hard for her (and her husband) so I know they appreciate your prayers.

I hate not knowing what to say to my friend who is suffering the long term pain of loss of a child.

Government job ads that are open for only 2 or 3 days of applications. Sure, I can apply in that time- but if they didn't already have someone they intend to hire, they'd be open for a couple of weeks if not longer. jerks.
