I have also had issues with customer service. I got a completely defective Google Nexus 7 from woot, it doesn't even turn on. And then when I sent a support email, no response but an auto-generated case number. When I followed up a day later, another auto-generated case number. Please help.

In the event that this is the only way to communicate with your CS department, I definitely would like a full refund. When I called ASUS this morning out of frustration because of the lack of response, they were actually appalled at the condition of the tablet, because I couldn't even reset it. And I would hope that Woot would refund the shipping on this purchase too. I'm pretty disappointed with this entire experience.

considering how well written the above post is, i assume the communique to woot was written in a likewise reasonably clear style. i wonder if woot's customer service peeps are native english speakers, or was it outsourced to a non-english speaking location ...?

ISO Woot Customer Support Loyal Wooter here, recently purchased a Omega blender (order #485xxxx). While unpacking, discovered the ever useful "On/Off" switch broken. Broken as in, flopping around inside the machine, yielding the "new" blender inoperable and my smoothies sadly unattainable.
I've sent THREE requests via http://www.woot.com/support, but have not received a case number, or ANY email response from support. Quite unusual based on past experience. And yes, I've checked spam folders.

In ordered a laptop on 5/2. It still has not shipped as of 5/14. I did get a response that told me to wait until Tuesday 5/20 to see if it has shipped yet. Not sure why it takes 2 and a half weeks to put a box in the mail, unless of course you are trying to use up the 21 day refund/exchange time frame.

Thanks for the quick response. Are you able to find out if the order has been shipped? CS has not been able to give me a straight answer on this. The order was marked as shipped around 10 days ago, but no update has been made in the tracking information. I'm just a forum moderator so I don't have access to many of the magical tools. This is shipping directly from the vendor. I can see that the label was created but I don't see it moving yet.

Hey CS guys and Staff if you're on here. I put in an order on the 24th with one day shipping. It was after 11:30am, so it should have arrived on the 26th. I've sent in an email to CS, no reply yet. According to the website, it's "shipping now", but there's no tracking number or any other indication that is has actually been shippped, and it's already a day late. Staff please respond to this so we can resolve this.

Your shipping and customer service has been going steadily downhill since I started purchasing from you guys 6 years ago, and it looks like this will be my last interaction with woot if this is any indication of where the company is headed.

I've written multiple emails to your customer service and have still received nothing but the automated response. Now all I want is the money back that still says is pending on your end.
