The stinking e-mail addresses
Please, please, PLEASE read carefully before you send an email.
Make sure your issue is appropriate to the address you click on.
If you send a service question to the purchasing department, don't be surprised if it languishes in email purgatory.
One last try, before you write us: did you post in the community forums?
It might be the fastest way to get an answer, if you can wade through the crazies.
Ok, on to our addresses:
-
To request a final return of a defective product – not a product you don't like,
not a product you regret buying, not to ask us a question about some other topic,
NOTHING ELSE:
-
rma@woot.com
- To attempt to change an order-in-progress, or to resolve initial post-receipt issues
(other than straight return requests):
-
service@woot.com (This is where that form on the left also goes.)
- To recommend a product for woot to buy, or if you are a manufacturer seeking the
exposure of selling through woot.com:
-
purchasing@woot.com
- If you're a journalist, media person, interested sponsor, potential advertiser,
or someone really famous:
-
media@woot.com
- For information on our advertising rates and availability:
-
advertising@woot.com
- To report a bug / unintended website feature:
-
service@woot.com
- To email a resume from a Dallas-area Wooter (no relocations, various positions available,
more detail here):
-
work@woot.com
Corporate Mailing Address
We're supposed to list this for important bid'ness stuff — cease and desists, corporate take-over attempts, and collection notices on our unpaid bar tabs. In other words, things we should ignore. If you have something you want us to read, save a tree and use email, folks.
Woot Inc.
4121 International Parkway
Carrollton, TX 75007
Do NOT attempt to return a product to us without a prior RMA (see above). Anything you send us without an RMA, we get to keep it. Called it. Maybe if you're lucky you'll get it back in a Bag O' Crap some day. But probably not.
