They look very comfortable. It's almost like an amazing sleeping bag you can wear. Way superior to a snuggie.

In for three. Going for small this time so there is a variety of sizes.

It's a race between which will arrive first: the HALO SleepSacks or my little nephew.

Due date is the 15th, but mom's already started dilating. Can you do it, SmartPost???

Wow this is really cheap, these things are great guys. Some larger sizes would be nice woot. Some of us have giant babies.

DO NOT MISS THESE! They were a lifesaver for us.
We paid 40% more, and even then it was worth it.
Your baby will thank you, and you can survive infanthood with your brains intact.

why only small and medium? I love these things... but really need some larger ones. Please think about larger sizes for future kids.woot.com sleepsacks

Absolutely worth having. Its a shame they don't have the Large or X-Large with this deal

I got these at the last Woot and my 29" tall daughter is still barely fitting into the small. I have 2 mediums lined up for her and it should last her a few months. I would jump all over this deal if they have large and XL.

agree these are great. too bad they don't come in big kid sizes. or have smaller sleeping bags with sleeve holes.

This is a good deal- great product for our winter newborns! My 2 yr old was born November - he lived in these for that 1st winter! For those of you that need the bigger size (been there), the hospital gift shop should have for same price- at least they were here in Rochester & Buffalo NY- I priced this out just two wks ago-

My son hated these. Then again, he was not a baby who liked to be swaddled. Fingers crossed our new baby loves them, because I personally think they are terrific (if your baby enjoys this sorry of thing).

Bought 2 of these last time.

I love how the zipper zips from top to bottom (as opposed to 'bottom to top' like a traditional jacket or pair of jeans). Makes sure that the hard metal zipper is no where near the baby's face while wearing the sleepsack.

I'd be in for two more if larger sizes were available . . .

So wonderful for kids that remove their blankets. Just a great way to know they're not cold overnight, and not too hot, either.

This is a great product and an awesome deal, but just keep in mind that these are the fleece blanket material type. I wouldn't recommend them for anything other than winter since they could make baby too warm. If you know someone who is due in the fall or winter this upcoming year they would be a great baby shower gift in the small size. By the time they need the medium size these will be too heavy and they should use the light cotton version instead. Trust me, my son was born November 15th, 2011 and he was almost 10 pounds. He still swims in the mediums.

These are fantastic. Woot - bring on the swaddle sacks also! I'm still using swaddle sacks for our little one because it's COLD in MI.

It's a shame that these aren't offered today in either (1) larger sizes, or (2) cotton. When babies are older (and in larger sizes), they're more capable of regulating body temperature, and synthetic fibers aren't as much of an issue. Younger babies (in, oh, sizes Small and Medium) cannot yet regulate their temperature enough to be in synthetic sleep bags unattended.

That said, we had at least a dozen of these in varying sizes (in cotton for the smaller sizes) and they are simply a godsend.

CHILD BURRITOS!!!!

bleatzor

These are great, but for those of you with big kids you might want to order a size up. I only got 2 months use out of the small size before I felt bad squeezing the new baby into it. Sometimes with slight shrinkage and a long baby the sack pulls on their shoulders when they stretch their feet out.

This is a great deal. My son slept in these everynight (with just a onesie underneath) for months & months when he was a baby. These are usually about 2x the price. I think the teddy bear pattern was a Toys R Us exclusive. Oh, and my son was always a big boy (75th+ percentile) and we never had an issue with them being too small. He wore each size for a loooong time...and often a bit longer than the sizing guideline for each size.

In for two mediums. We used the Halo swaddles when our twins were first born and they were awesome. Currently using a smaller size sleepsack of a different brand- Halo brand ones seem better quality. Looking forward to when they grow into these ones! Great gift idea too.

I don't understand the amount of enthusiasm for these. I mean, they are pajamas, and easy access to diaper, which is good in the middle of the night, but better than say, pajamas? Not really.

For starters, once baby is up, you need to dress him/her right away since they are not compatible with some high-chairs or baby chairs: there is material between the legs.

Also, if all the long-sleeved onsies are dirty, you need to figure out plan B for sleep time. No way mama is going to let baby down at night with short sleeves. (at least my babies' mama)

They are nice though. Good price too. We used them for 4 kids.

Love this, but I wish you had it in larger sizes - L or XL. My son loves his and the S/M are too small for him.

These really are amazing. We use one every night & every single nap. Even my husband says (almost every night) that he's jealous of the little guy & wishes he had one to sleep in as well.

I wish there were bigger sizes available this time, but I definitely agree they are a perfect gift for new moms.

These are so cheap because they are 100% polyester. Not the best material to be putting your baby in to sleep.

laziboie

These are great, but note that this is a fleece sleep sack and your baby will most likely get hot wearing this in the summer.

I would get a large if offered so that it was the right size for my little one come fall / winter time next year. Our small still fits her right now.

They make 100% cotton ones and you can get those on Amazon for $20 w/ prime shipping. The link is: Cotton Sleep Sack
Overall, these are great and I would highly recommend getting at least one.

What's the oldest it would make sense to have this for?

Got my first step-grand-kid coming in July, when it'll be too warm for these. But if these are appropriate to a child of, say, 7 months, then the medium might be a good buy.

I just don't know about how mobile kids are at what age -- I'm sure you'd want to stop using by the time it can crawl or stand, right? Or maybe not?

Kids. Never meant to get involve with any of 'em, and now I'm sooo excited to have a grandchild on the way! Who knew?!

While these are great sleeping bags for babies, it's not a replacement for swaddling. In order to swaddle properly, you'd have to wrap the baby's arms tightly in the swaddle to limit arm movements.

When I tried to use these for my daughter when she was less than 3 months old, she kept smacking herself accidentally with her arms and getting upset. Yes, tried the optional "swaddle" attachment -- it was too loose. Had to swaddle properly with actual swaddling blankets to prevent that from happening.

But, they're great for rolling babies that keeps kicking their blankets all over the place. So, my recommendation would be to buy the bigger sizes, for when they're greater than 3 months old, when swaddling is no longer a necessity.
