The first one, I cut the bag because it didn't look like it would. The second one, I used a spatula and it worked okay. Also added chopped onions and green peppers (the already chopped frozen ones, but defrosted).

My m-i-l, s-i-l and a neighbor are the only ones I know who don't drive. Of course, they're now 89, 69 and 78. It really restricted my m-i-l after her husband died.

I've been using livestrong.com and tracking exercise plus food. It really helps. Mornings, I go to the gym and lift weights, then run 2-4 miles most every afternoon. Hit a bit of a plateau, think I wasn't eating quite enough, but I'm back in the mode now.

I've lots to lose...but I feel better now!
